Refund Policy

Before you pay, you've already seen it. Building is free, and the preview shows exactly what your published site will look like, so there are no surprises at checkout.

3-day refund, no questions. If you're not happy after publishing, email [email protected] within 3 days of your purchase and we'll refund the $27 in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, the published site comes down and the portfolio returns to draft status (with the normal draft timeline restarting from the refund date, so you don't lose your work instantly).

Domains. If a custom domain registration purchased through MoiKit fails to complete, that line item is refunded automatically and your site is unaffected. Completed domain registrations can't be refunded once registered (registries don't allow it), but the domain is yours either way, registered in your name with transfer-out rights.

Booked subscription (when available). Cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and the subscription features at the end of the paid period. Your published site is never affected by cancelling.
