Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email address, the portfolio content and media you upload, payment records (handled by Stripe, we never see or store card details), and product-usage analytics (which pages and features you use, so we can improve them). We don't run ad trackers and we don't sell your data to anyone, ever.

Your uploaded media kit. If you use the Canva import, your uploaded file is processed by an AI service to extract its content into your draft. It's used only for that extraction, isn't used to train anyone's models, and is deleted on the same schedule as your draft.

Draft deletion. An unpublished draft and its uploaded media are deleted 3 days after you start it, with a 7-day restorable window before permanent purging. Published sites and their content are kept for as long as your site is published; deleting your site removes its content from our systems within 30 days (backups roll off on the same schedule).

Where your data lives. Our infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, database, payments, email) process data primarily in the United States. The providers we rely on: Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Railway (database), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace and Resend (email), PostHog (product analytics), Anthropic (import extraction), and Name.com (domain registration, when you buy a domain).

Your rights. You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time; deleting your account removes your data on the schedule above. We comply with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA); if you're unsatisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
